Due to company expansion – Currently we are inviting suitable candidates to fulfill the following position: – Telesales Executive (KualaLumpur – Wangsa Maju) Responsibilities: • To execute outbound calls to customers (database is provided). • To provide solutions to customers needs. • Take ownership of customer problems and ensure to the best of your ability, that they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • 20 Full-Time positions available. • Preferably female, age between 21 to 40 years old. • Able to do minimum mathematics calculation. • 9.00am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday). • Experience in Telesales in Koperasi Loan, Telesales in Citibank credit card & Koperasi loan in Alliance Bank will be added advantage. • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
